DLP 3D printing is ideal for highly detailed but small items where dimensional accuracy is essential. We typically use this technology to make items such as window bushings, where surface quality is essential.
DLP Resin Printing
DLP 3D printing is ideal for highly detailed but small items where dimensional accuracy is required. We typically use this technology to make items such as window bushings, where surface quality is essential. Layers are almost invisible with its 0.01mm resolution.
MSLA 3D printing allows us to provide much of the accuracy and detail of a DLP printer on larger projects. Most of our 'vent' style products use MSLA to provide smooth, detailed models.
MSLA Resin Printing
MSLA 3D printing allows us to provide much of the accuracy and detail of a DLP printer on larger projects. Most of our 'vent' style products use MSLA to provide smooth, detailed models. Layers will be just visible with 0.025mm resolution
FDM 3D printing is likely the first type that comes to mind for many. We use this technology to produce larger, less detailed models. You will be able to see the characteristic 'layer lines' on these prints.
Multispectral 3D Scanning
We are proud to offer our 3D scanning technology to replicate rare and complex items and design new ones that fit perfectly. Our equipment is portable for specific projects and can build models with as low as 0.05mm resolution.
